Gold Buyer Account Application

In accordance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) regulations, and the UAE laws governing the trade of precious metals, only verified and approved entities or individuals meeting the following conditions are eligible to open a gold purchase account with Salone Gold Refinery LLC:

• The applicant’s legal identity (individual or corporate) must be fully verified and verifiable through official documentation.
• The applicant must hold valid authorization or licenses for gold trading, import, export, or investment activities.
• The applicant must demonstrate sufficient financial capability or creditworthiness to conduct gold purchases of up to 300 kilograms per week, supported by valid LC / DLC / SBLC or equivalent proof of funds from a reputable financial institution.
• The applicant agrees that all gold purchased will be used exclusively for legal and transparent purposes with verifiable origin and destination.
• All submitted information and documents must be complete, accurate, and verifiable.
• The refinery reserves the right to reject or suspend the account application if it does not meet AML / CFT compliance standards.
• All data provided will be used solely for compliance, due diligence, and credit evaluation purposes, and will remain strictly confidential.
• Gold shall not, under any circumstances, be exported or delivered to countries under international sanctions.

Declaration:

• I/We hereby declare that all the information and documents provided are true, accurate, and up to date.
• I/We confirm that our financial resources and credits are derived from lawful and transparent sources.
• The purpose of this account is the lawful purchase of gold bars from Salone Gold Refinery LLC.
• We undertake to promptly inform the refinery of any future changes to our company status or the information provided.
• The refinery is authorized to perform any required AML / KYC / CFT due diligence and background verification.
